EXISTING CUSTOMERS ARE AUTO-UPGRADED

The speed increase is open to all Converge FiberX, Time of Day Plans, and GameChanger subscribers nationwide. Only subscribers with an active account status qualify for the FREE Speed Increase. Qualified subscribers are auto-upgraded for the speed increase starting November 11, 2022. T&C applies.

  • Plans FiberX 1500 and 1599

    • Subscribers under these plans will get to Xperience “Dinoble Pa” speed from November 11, 2022 extended up to January 31, 2023! To make the speeds permanent, opt-in is required. Relock-in to 24 months shall only be applied after the customer chooses to opt-in.


  • Plans FiberX 1699 and up
    • Subscribers with Plans starting 1699 and up will have the upgraded speeds permanently and are no longer required to opt-in. Speed Plans table below.

In addition to the “Dinoble Pa” speed increase, customers can start to avail of the Next-Gen WiFi 6 Modem with a Limited-Time Offer Pre-order rate of P88/month from November 11, 2022, extended up to January 31, 2023. (Subject to relock-in to 24-mos)

After the promo period, subscribers can still avail of the WiFi-6 with a regular rate of P149/month for 24 months.

Is this a permanent offering?

Yes! This is a permanent offering for new and existing subscribers. Terms and Conditions apply.

Where can customers apply?

New customers can apply and get the new speeds via www.gofiber.ph. While existing subscribers are auto-upgraded to their new speeds starting November 11, 2022

Are there any fees required to get the speed increase?

No amount is required for the speed increase, however, existing customers under Plans 1500 and 1599 need to opt-in on or before January 31, 2023, to make their upgraded speeds permanent. 

What are the participating plans for the speed increase?

Will I be relocked in after the speed increase?

Relock-in to 24 months shall only be applied after the customer chooses to opt-in. Applicable only to Plans 1500 and 1599.

How will I know if my speed already took effect?

The speed increase is effective November 11, 2022, so you should now enjoy your new speeds. You may verify this by doing a speed test using Ookla Speedtest App or via Ookla Website.

What should I do if I get disconnected or if my new speed did not take effect?

In the rare case this happens, DO NOT TURN OFF your modem. If your service is not restored or upgraded with your new speeds, you may reach us via Customer Support Page: cnvrge.co/fbcict

Is VISION Free Set-Top-Box w/ Free Channels for Plans 2000 and above available outside NCR?

Unfortunately, this offer is only applicable in NCR for the meantime. A separate announcement will be sent out for new areas so stay tuned for further announcements.

Does device delivery apply for add-on: new Wi-Fi6 ONU?

Courier delivery fee is waived for Wi-Fi6 ONU subscriptions. 

I need help. Can Converge set up or install the new Wi-Fi6 ONU for me?

Yes, our service crew is trained to assist, set up, and install the Wi-Fi6 ONU for a one-time charge of P1,500

If a subscriber disconnects or unsubscribes, what will happen to the deployed Wi-Fi6 ONU?

The Wi-Fi6 ONU will be pulled out along with the other equipment of Converge.

Can existing customers also course their requests to the business center or through the website only?
