What is MGM (Member-Get-Member)?

Member-Get-Member is a referral program of Converge ICT that rewards existing subscribers of 50% rebate for every successful referral they make. The more they refer, the more rewards they accumulate.

This program is open to all active subscribers.

What are the participating plans?

This program is open to all Fiber residential and SME applications.

How do I refer?

  • To be able to refer, click “Refer Now” then select Member Get Member as referral type
  • Fill out the contact information and service address of your referral.
  • If the address is serviceable, your referral will receive a unique link via SMS/Email. This link will allow your referral to continue with the application. The link will expire in five (5) days.

What do I get from referring?

  • For every successful referral, you will receive 50% rebate / equivalent to the half MRC value of your referral’s internet subscription.
  • These rebates will be credited to your monthly billing statements.

How do I monitor the status of my rebates?

  • To monitor the status of your rebates and referrals, simply Click Here.
  • For reference, you can view and download the the complete list of your referrals.
  • For the type of rebate status, refer below:
    • Status 1: With Issue : Application unsuccessful
    • Status 2 : Pending : Referral is being validated
    • Status 3: Processing : Rebate is being credited to your account.
    • Status 4: Done : Rebate has been successfully credited to your internet account
  • Your Rebates will be processed once the installation and activation are completed in your referral’s end.
  • If there are no validation issues, your rebate will reflect in your next billing statement.
