  • This promo is open to customers who wish to switch their Internet to Converge FiberX Residential Internet Plan within the promo period (December 10, 2022 to March 10, 2023)
    • DSL/Fiber subscribers from other Internet Service Providers
    • Postpaid Fixed Wired and Postpaid Fixed Wireless broadband services.
  • The promo shall include the following FiberX Residential Plans:

• • All applications must provide the following documentations:
    • Proof of Competitor Bill (most recent; or 2 months most recent official receipts)
      • Account name and service address in the competitor bill must be the same in the application.
      • Total outstanding balance (if any) must be shown in the bill

  • All successful applications will be notified via direct mail. For Plans 3500 and 7499 – free devices will be sent via courier to their registered addresses provided on their internet application form. 

Terms & Conditions:

• This promo is open to new FiberX subscribers who applied on all Converge sales channels during the promo period (December 10, 2022 to March 10, 2023).
• The 3-months FREE MRC is given to switchers who were able to keep a good credit standing for 6-mos straight.
  • The FREE MRC will be given on the 2nd, 4th and 6th month of subscription subject to the on-time payment of the 1st, 3rd and 5th month MRC.
• Failure to pay on time/ comply will forfeit the remaining free MRC, if any.
• Under this promotion, downgrading of plan subscriptions are not allowed within (6-months).
  • Customers who intend to downgrade will be charged with downgrade fees and will forfeit the remaining free MRC, if any.
• Application for upgrades is allowed but will not change the amount of the free MRC based on the original plan during application.
• Applications may require additional documents to allow approval.
• The FREE Device for Plans 3500 and 7499 are not transferable; convertible to cash.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Converge ICT Solutions, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
• Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or other promos pertaining to new applications.
• Upon receipt of the free MRC, the customer agrees to hold Converge ICT, their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, free and harmless from any loss and injury or damage caused arising from his/her participation in the promo.
